Launched training curriculum (late 2019) for drivers with a mobile user focus.  Support launch and maintenance of several instances of WalkMe (workflow training).  Manage two ID contractors.  Planning and designing a new training strategy to support migration of Donlen legacy employees, customers, and drivers to the Wheels platform.
